Well that didn't last long

Worked great at first, but only got it last November and it doesn't work now in April. I've cleaned it out totally and it still sounds awful. I don't know what's wrong. I mostly use this on my face every morning. It should have lasted longer.

This bikini trimmer is a compact, handheld device, roughly the size of a lipstick tube, that operates on a rechargeable battery and comes with a USB charging cable and a protective cap. I have been using this trimmer for a little over a week now as part of my personal grooming routine.
